One person can only have one test account.
If you make two regular accounts you have a chance at another test account. But the account needs to be paid for. |

Is it possible to get it from other players who don't play or its against rules?
Thanks. You see there are not so many people in test server and 2 of my friends really wanna play there, here in Lithuania we can't afford membership  really, most of us get to less pocketmoney or parents just don't let.

The only way to get a test account is to receive an invitation from Disney. And, yes, obtaining an account from another user is against the rules, and really unsafe.
