Is it somehow possible to get 2 accounts for friends who wanna play in test server?

One person can only have one test account.
If you make two regular accounts you have a chance at another test account.
But the account needs to be paid for.

Is it possible to get it from other players who don't play or its against rules?

You see there are not so many people in test server and 2 of my friends really wanna play there, here in Lithuania we can't afford membership :D really, most of us get to less pocketmoney or parents just don't let.

The only way to get a test account is to receive an invitation from Disney. And, yes, obtaining an account from another user is against the rules, and really unsafe.
