I know I postred a thread, didnt see it show up and reposted it. I found later it was removed and a guildmate did the same. They were warned one more time and they would be suspended. I'm sorry, but our normal policy is to only send PMs about edits or deletions if the user is actually in trouble. If we sent PMs for every little minor edit or quick deletion...we'd really never get any work done on the forums. Trying to keep these forums to a PG rating for teens and above can be a huge task at times. We often make minor edits without taking any official actions against a user. Often, these are boarderline violations and not worth the effort to make an official issue out of them. I would strongly suggest that if something like this or if you have any questions about your posts/threads to PM a mod or admin right away. They'll be happy to answer any questions you might have.
