Save reply, new thread, and PM drafts - Pirates of the Caribbean Online Fansite & Forums

Added a plugin so everyone may now save a draft of their new replied posts, new threads, and PMs. These will autosave if you have over 250 characters every 5 mins. Drafts are saved for 7 days.

I already lost more than 10 well-composed messages due to the cache being deleted and/or accidently "Back" button press.

Pffft, I got a high score in the arcade, and when I went to click submit score, the screen fully loaded, and it made me click a link at the top, when went back my score was reset...
