Abassa is always full just go to your map (m) then at the top u will see a drop down key click it those are all the servers or "oceans" if it says quiet it means not so many people are on it if it says ideal means a moderate amount of people on and if it says full means u cant get in and if u were the lag would be terrible
as for making a new charcter no u can switch severs when ever u want with the same character |
