2 reasons
1. your are not high lvl enough 2. it is already maxed with point (which makes no sense since u are a lvl 6) EDIT: thx to the wiki i found out the Parry skill is unlocked at cutlass lvl 6 O_o oh wait a minute there a third reason 3. Need to be a Member ?? |
