I am sorry, What? Delmaria Darkskull has been putting time and energy into forming this idea you created, and now you just call him a figurehead? I understand very well that he is, in fact, only the leader of what is supposed to be a congregation of guilds working as one, but that does not mean he is merely a FIGUREHEAD or an ADVERTISEMENT. My friend, I do believe you do not fully understand that not everyone can put 24 hours 7 days a week into this game, merely because it is merely that; a game. He has been working as hard as he could to get this formed. You have no right to disrespect him by making him sound as if he had nothing to do with it. He is a fantastic leader, and he has the ability to run this and make it wonderful, if you would only LET HIM. Thank you.

Since this here thing is a voting thing

I vote that Del is head of Conclave and Container has the equal rights of the rest of us...Contianer i joined because of what Del said not what your ideas were thats why i want to be on hold i want to see if this becomes another TBC which i disliked alot from what you said it was another TBC i joined because Del posted that it was different. My allegiance is with Del.

Yes. Crest, if you were in a debate club at your school (unless you are) and this was a debate topic, you would have just made your opponents cry... Couldn't have said it any better. And Ofury, I joined for the same reason. I wanted a leader who I knew would do amazingly, and I knew that Del could do that.

Guild collective
Preamble
This is basically the gms or delegates of several guilds combined into one guild by send in a younger pirate or trusted delegate of the gm. this person will be in a guild that will be the in game list of guilds. Ranks would be based on the number of people in the guild and/or the abilities of the person or people representing that guild. Any guild can join this collective but if the guild dies or have no gm they may be removed. A guild may be removed by concessions of the council if inactive and the collective for disciplinary purposes.
The office of gm
The gm shale have no real power true power will be vested in a council
Name can be changed by gm
The gm may change
General rules
Respect other guilds
Be involved it the collective
If you want to join the collective, fill out application form below,
Don’t think of the gm as the leader he/she has no real power if you must see someone as in charge pick the council
Guild name
# of people in the guild
GM and or co gm(s)
Any other information that seams relevant:
The council
A council shale be established to be a disciplinary body a legislator equal in power to the collectives legislative power and be given additional power by the gm. There shall be no fewer than three members in the council but the number may increase if the gm and council agree. At the head of the guild collective council shale be the person who started the guild collective. It shale be the mission of the council to keep the peace of the council and keep it going.
This name guild collective is subject to change this document is still valid no matter the name

things don't always go as planned countainer everyone has their own ideas some more alike than others.. but that is what shpaes something something that makes it great.. that is why i plan to question everything that happens here as i did with Del earlier to make sure that it is what everyone believes not what they think will get the popular vote.. Its the same as a guild you have your guildmaster and your officers but what really shapes a guild is the people inside the members you see carrying that guildname and how they react against others.. Things shape differently than we first imagine..

and contianer if that was what was on there when i looked at this i would have thrown it into the back of my mind more knowledge about this game i would never have joined because it sounds as though you want to control it the person who created it is you it was your idea giving you the power over everyone and O'fury ain't gonna be bossed round by nobody thasts why i became a guildmaster i was done taking orders on a game.

Davy is not seeing anything good happening anymore...... sigh, I am not going to have a part in building this guild if this is the way it is going to be. I will stay in the Conclave, however unless I can see less arguing and more working together to make this the best guild it can be (AND listening to each other's thoughts, which almost nobody seems to want to do) then I shall not be a part of building it. You want my help? Show me that I can say my opinions without people saying "no this is what we are doing."

Thats my final word.

Very well said Davy. I do not wish to see this fall, I honestly don't, but unless there is less infighting, it shall never work. I implore of you, for it seems that there is too much bossing and not enough listening, to just talk, or, as the case may be, not talk and get your thoughts together in a manner before examining it with your colleagues. I do believe I am done here.

I believe we should meet in game i do not know all of you just yet tomorrow 10/8/10 around 6pm eastern perhaps? it would be easier to communicate in game rather then hitting refresh every 5 seconds....
