Yes Jason - when you filled out the form, you put down a pirate that will be put in The Conclave, to act as your guild's representative. Of course, the pirate being put in should not be the GM pirate itself, for obvious reasons - basically, a baby pirate.

May pirates that are not members of official Conclave guilds attend your events. I am just curious and understand if this is a closed event. I don't know if I could make it anyway, but I wanted to ask.

We would prefer if members of the Conclave were the only mates who attended. However, I wouldn't mind if a pirate or two outside of the Conclave showed up, to "sample" what we're all about.
We will also occasionally have events that are open to all pirates. |

A question first couple of questions, then an application submission.
Can a Conclave representative pirate be a basic access pirate? My unlimited account is full of higher level pirates at this time and I do not wish to move any of those from the guilds which they are in. I'd prefer to create a basic baby pirate as my Conclave representative pirate. Also is there a minimum size requirement for the guilds of which these pirate represent? My guild has been dormant for nearly two years, but that is subject to change. Name of Guild: Red Nations Guildmaster: Mike Tahlequah Pirate/Representative to be sent in: Mike Blackwolf. Size of Guild: 3 at current time guild has been dormant this is subject to change. How Old is Your Guild? There is no size requirement and send in whatever pirate you chose basic or unlimited it really doesn't matter but you have the smallest guild wanting to gain entry

It doesn't matter how old your guild is, how big it is, how well it's known, or what pirate you send in. We are willing to except any and all pirates and guilds

Its a difficult guild to recruit for as there are special requirements for membership. Its a Native American Guild. So membership is based on Cultural roots. Guild had been dormant for over 2 years. Don't let the size of the guild discourage you. I bring experience and leadership qualities. In game I've had 3 level 50 master pirates, been a GM and 2nd in larger guilds.
