You should be able to ask them to have a customer service manager call you.
The one and only time I was suspended (and I understood why). I was forced to leave a message and get a call back. Which I did. Later I called back again and requested specifically that a customer service manager contact me regarding the matter, and they absolutely did. I cannot imagine any misunderstanding escalating to a point that you could not get to talk to someone in customer service that could not help or explain the situation. Make sure a parent is with you when you call, might be a better idea to have your parent call and make the request. |

call them and ask for a game log of the night in question and ask for the straw that broke the cammels back and when thay ask is there anything else they can do complain about the have a horrible day remark and if they try to do anything e mail related other than emailing you the game log tell them i can't do it its completley automated and if that does not work put down the phone call them again and say specificly (source from another thread somewhwere) um could you please release my account ban the game is pirates online then they will ask you for your account name say it and they should get it fixed thats all i can think of oh and they will yell probably but it should work keep us updated

Well , me and my Mom have sent 2 more emails to Disney and have been waiting for a good 3 days already and still nothing, so my lucky must lay with telecommunications.
Still working on it though, Disney apparently seems to be unwilling to tell me why on Earth was I terminated. |

Sounds like you have should ask for a manager of some sort because all your going is in circles. From the sound of it, they aren't responding to your emails because of your termination. You either have to explain that to the rep or ask for their manager, otherwise you will continue to go nowhere with this.

aye our pretty lass be right call and ask directly for a supervisor or manager thats what i do at my publix when i have big problem. my supervisor always handles things.
