Aye, good ideas. However, I'd like to add on to the new "seas." I think that there should be a giant GAP between the caribbean and another sea, like the south east china or whatever you said. Until you reach a certain level, you'd have to make a 10-or-so minute voyage, fighting off big enemy ships and such. But, once you hit, maybe 35?, you will earn a teleport to all of the main islands in that new area, upon questing for them, of course.
