Yep, mates, the problems continue. But in the process I keep learning about my computer. It may be the graphics card which does not appear on their list, but I still don't get why I could be playing for months and then all of a sudden they roll out some new updates and I am logged out. Of course, their email from the support group promises that developers are looking at the issue and a resolution will come, but I feel like I would have better luck playing the lottery. My computer is only about a year old and after spending last night with the HP support people, they would like to blame it on the fact that a business notebook does not have the graphics cards that other computers have. Well, isn't that peachy. I asked if I could just buy a new graphics card, but that sounds like a problem as it is built into some board. On Monday, I am calling HP.
I think the developers just have to go through line by line and figure out some weird incompatibility that has cropped up.
So far the support is a joke.
In any case, I will have to come out every now and again on the other computer in the house, but I much prefer my own and hope a solution is coming.
