Hey Skip!

it took FOREVER for today's updates to load, but I didn't really have any issues with them. For me it was just way longer than normal (like 15 minutes for the whole thing)

I'm sorry live chat wasn't any help. And Sorry I don't have any answers for you either. Have you tried the phone folks?
