Captain Del must be getting help from Tia Dalma to get this far

We would prefer if members of the Conclave were the only mates who attended. However, I wouldn't mind if a pirate or two outside of the Conclave showed up, to "sample" what we're all about.

We will also occasionally have events that are open to all pirates.
