i need help finding a black chest on isla conjeros ans i cant. im a lvl 20 and please help

I know this thread was for the severed arm quest, but it's the best pic of the Congrejos dig spot. Same spot works for all quests.

I found this dig spot at the edge of the island, surrounded by a small rock formations, really close to the ocean.
