Battle for the Caribbean

Chapter 1
The Meeting

It was a cold day in Tortuga as the Navy marched through the wrecked huts and stores. They had invaded Tortuga 3 weeks ago. After the Pirates killed Beckett they had to make a stand against the Pirates and fight for supreme power over the Caribbean. They walked through burnt ash and fallen trees.
They shed no tears only smiled as they saw the wreckage of the Forsaken Island. As they left they laughed as a mere little girl walked up to them.
She was only about 7 or 8, but she asked the Navy “Why did you do this to my home” and the Navy ignored her and sailed away. As she walked away a man came up to her and said “Best be watchin ye back here there be monsters” and then she ran away through a cave the man followed her. As she ran into an underground fort he still followed when she entered a shed she locked the door so he couldn’t enter, but that didn’t stop him. The man planted a grenade right in front of the door. Right before they knew it the door was gone before there eyes. As the man entered he told them “You people need a leader if you want to survive” “You sit here cowering in fear when you forget that this is your island not theirs” “You can’t just let them do this to you. The Pirates looked speechless the man talked. “Take me in as your leader and I can help you fight back against them”. One of the pirates asked the man “What can you do for us to help us win”. The man told him “What I can help with is a mystery” “My strategies are untold of”. Then the little girl asked the man “What is your name”. The man shuddered as she asked him and he told her…. “My name is…. Captain Swash”.

Chapter 2
Assault on the Quarry

As Ships sailed through the Leeward Passage Heading for Padres Del Fuego readying for their 1st Attack on the Navy. The Pirates had suggested they start lower like Fort Charles or Fort Dundee, but Captain Swash said Becketts Quarry is where they will Invade 1st. Some of the pirates asked why but he told them “The bigger we start the bigger a threat they will think of us”. So they loaded up the boats and set out for Padres. As they approached land the Captain said load up the Dinghy’s and Prepare to Invade. When they got to land all the saw was the Erupting volcano. “Follow me and stay hidden” Swash said. When they entered the Quarry the saw miners in the cave and the Navy had guns to their backs as they worked. As the Pirates walked through a Sergeant noticed them and yelled “PIRATES”. The rest of the Navy saw them and Lifted up their Bayonets and Fired at them. The Pirates ducked in cover as the Navy fired at them then the Pirates brought in a Cannon. “FIRE THE GUNS” Swash yelled to them. BOOM went the cannons as the navy flew up in the air or fell down. The Navy continued to fire at the Pirates. The Pirates got out their pistols, and came up for air to get a shot at one of the Navy then fired their pistols at them. They continued this until the navy was actually losing but they didn’t give up. The Navy went up, Got out their swords and took a Swing at them. This drew a lot of attention to the Sword fighters, but the pirates had perfect shots at them. This was a result of most of the Navy deaths during the battle. When the Navy had, had enough they ran out of the cave the Pirates got a few more shots before they ran out. The Invasion had worked and they had tooken over Becketts Quarry, the navy’s biggest underground base. As a result of the invasion they had Recruited 78 Slaves Numbering their Army at 328 Pirates, but 23 Pirates had died that day. There were 56 Navy Deaths and 74 Injuries, and the Battle for the Caribbean had officially begun.

Chapter 3
Storm in the Fort

The Pirates had won over Becketts Quarry, but they hadn’t won the war. They had recruited a few Natives on the Island to their army, and the citizens called Becketts Quarry: The Pirate Cave. The Navy was planning to send some spies over to Becketts Quarry, but they were killed. The Pirates were getting mad with Swash. He hadn’t decided where they would strike next yet. It had been 3 weeks since the Invasion. They Pirates had decided they fight without him if he didn’t decide by the 4th week. After the 4th week had pasted the Pirates decided they would Invade Fort Dundee. It was close and an Easy Target, Plus if they won there they would have the entire Island of Padres del Fuego for themselves. Early the Next morning the Navy entered Fort Dundee. They weren’t expecting the invasion. As soon as an Officer got close enough they reached out and cut their throat. It ended in 3 minutes. Then the Pirates had to make a decision, Keep Swash or Kill Him.

Chapter 4
Take it or Leave it

The Pirates walked into Swash’s Cabin ready to ask him the Question that would decide his Fate. They walked up to him and asked him “Lead us or Die”. “The question you ask me is none other then a question you know the answer to but awaiting my response”. “Come to me the day after tomorrow and I will have my decision. So they waited 2 days until he came out of his cabin ready to provide his answer. “I have made my decision”. “But first let me tell you the flaw of your latest invasion”. “You accepted me as your leader but invaded the Fort without consulting me”. “The reason I didn’t tell you where to invade is I wanted to see how good you can go on your own”. “You ended up Failing the test and the reason being that is you failed to actually win the battle because it was unknown and never even started”
“My choice is to lead you in the war, but you must consult me before invading. “Yes sir Captain Swash” said the Pirates.

Chapter 5
The Frozen Sea

It was 3 months after the Padres was tooken over. The Pirates were running out of food and winter had already come. It was cold, damp, and everyone was tired and hungry. They tried to suggest they attack another island and take their food, but Swash denied their requests. Then he decided to attack Port Royal. “Its big, full of food and water, and we can get their safely”……. “But staying there might be a problem”. “Why” asked the Pirates. “The Navy hold a base there called Fort Charles and they have a mine called The Royal Caverns”. “How do you suggest we get there, the sea is frozen over”. “We have no choice but to walk across the Frozen Sea.
“WALK”. “You want us to walk across that sea”. “We’ll all be dead within a night”. “Trust me pirates if we walk we will succeed”. They loaded up everything they were going to need Food, Guns, Gunpowder, Water, etc.
It took 2 months to get across and 67 Pirates died, but they finally got there.
And they were ready to fight.
