Left my guild.
Ever since the leader got too busy to get online the guild went pretty much dead. I asked first if it would be okay to make sure there'd be no bad blood between us. Once it was established it was okay, I went ahead and left it this morning.
So now I'm a gal with quests, both personal (trying to get daggers and gernades up to level 15, both are currently level 13) and otherwise - currently on the level 15 pistol quest, plus two privateering quests. I'm not much of a chatter. I'd rather play then talk a lot. But I'm always willing to help out with a quest if I can. My voodoo doll is completely mastered. I own a war sloop currently. I just reached Noto: 34. My sailing is level 23 but my cannons are only level 12. Still, I feel I have a lot to offer a guild in my own way. My character's name is Jami The Songbird. If you're an active guild made up of people who know how to properly behave in a RPG, I'm looking for just such a guild. |

Sorry to hear your guild bellied up. The best way to find one to your liking is to read the forums here. You'll find a match.
Good Luck! Last edited by Sarah; 10-04-2008 at 08:41 PM.. Reason: i cannot spell.... |

Please look in the Guilds subforum. Instead of having a bunch of pirates saying, "Join mine!" perhaps you should check out the guilds' threads and webpages and find the one that fits YOU best.
Happy hunting, mate!

Sorry to hear about the guild, mate. Yes, take Bart's advice and look at the Guilds and Clans Forum and try to find that one guild that more less fits your hand like a glove.

I don't go where I'm not invited/not wanted. I want to know they want me around before I go barging in. That's just rude.

The Mandalorians welcome everyone! Regardless of level and status. Now read the Mandos' thread for more info...

Jamie, I think i can safely say that anyone posting their guild on POF,is open to new members, unless otherwise posted on their thread/forum. You won't be stepping on any toes. Read, evaluate, and ask to jump in!

I can surely sympathize with your situation. I'm second in command of a guild with an absent guildmaster. Only see the GM about once a month if I'm lucky. Shortly after he left " hes working a lot of overtime plus attending college". the guild nearly died out. It took months to get the guild active again.
I'm new to the forums here and I'm not going to do anything so tacky as to plug my guild here. Rather I'd suggest looking at some of the guilds listed here. Getting to know some high level players in the game as this is a good way to find good friends and good guildmates. |

I'm sorry to hear about yoour guild. There are some great ones here on POF!!! I highly recomend Duces Wild, Partners in Crime, and of course the one I'm in the War Wenches. I have played with several members of the other two guilds and they are good men and women....Good Pirates!!
Best of luck in finding a guild that you like!!!! (yes I plugged me own guild !!!) |
