Find officer Miller--dropped quest by accident!

Hello!

I accidentally dropped a quest that I didn't mean to. First off, is there any way to recover it?

I don't remember where I started the quest. I was on the second part of it, I think, and it was to sink a Navy Ship to find officer Miller (I think that was his name). I have so many quests going I lost track, and I don't know where I started the quest from.

Can anyone help me?

Go to the Tattoo parlor in Port Royal, talk to the customer getting a Tattoo.

Thats the quest your looking for. (im pretty sure, because it has a officer miller in it.. hehe)
