I need help finding questing im lvl 12 in potco all the questsd i find are for full access

I'm assuming by the way you are coming about explaining it you're basic access, correct? If that's the case, it's possible that you've completed all the quests availabe to you in basic access and will have to upgrade to continue your adventure. ^^

There may be a few small quests around town that you may be able to do, but more than likely Jack's answer is right on the money.
