But it's an upper level pirate's best friend! That and the jungle areas with Stumps! You don't want to go here if you're under level 25, at the LEAST. If you are, I'd drop that quest for now. I'm sure it's the mercenary quest from one of the tavern patrons. Tough one to do when you're low level.

You can find them at tormenta cave with other high level enemies.. Be prepared

there you can find all of davy jones crew at least i am sure they are becasue they say: part of the crew... part of the ship... and they go up to lv 40 and there lowest is like 27 or something... but the 27 is a voodoo doller... i think lol hope it helped

No the lower level 27 or so is a Flotsam, Dreg and Spineskull. None of these uses voodoo. They are the lowest level of Davys crew and can be found by going through the left entrance of the cave. In the middle there is a Kelpbrain thats around 28 or so along with a Spineskull at times too.
