amount of cards u get in game

i was wondering is there a shut off limit on cards cuz i have like 280 cards and a card deck doesnt have that many cards?

I cannot recall the limit of how many you can have, someone here mentioned it in a thread somewhere. I do remember it was in the thousands. But the reason why you have so many cards, is because you have duplicates.

Like five 2 of hearts, three 10 of diamonds, etc.

Someone mentioned having a few full decks, but spades seem awefully hard to obtain!

spades are impossible to find i only have 3 and im a lvl 38. I think the max was pretty high like 1000 something..... and yes you can have more than 1 type of card i have several king of hearts

I think the guy who was claiming he may have maxed the number of cards said he had 1,261, and that it wouldn't go any higher.

1,261 divided by 52 cards is an average of 24.25 of each card. Maybe Disney put the limit at 25 of each card, and the reason he thinks he can't get more than 1,261 is that he is still short on some of the more rare cards (e.g. spades), but has maxed most of the other types of cards, so each time he gets a card, his number doesn't go up because that particular card type is maxed.

We can't know for sure if 1,261 is the max number of cards, because we have no way of checking how many of each card a pirate has. If the limit is 25 of each card, then the real limit would be 1,300. I think I'll send him a PM to see if his number has gone up from 1,261 since his post.
