lookign for info on Boss battle glitches

anyone know of any? I saw one where the guy was off of the pearl and on the golliath.

yea, i know one, but its more of a trick than a glitch, you can go behind the wall on the right side after the 1st fort, turn the ship to the left side, you might need to use take cover once but thats it, the ones on the cannon will do the job for you, but the guns wont be able to shoot at you, but you can shoot at them

I don't know, my game loaded, everyone on my crew was on the Black Pearl, I was swimming in the water instead underneath the Black Pearl, couldn't jump on the ship at all. I swam to the shore where the Black Pearl starts out being launched at & there's cannons on the shore that you can hit shift to use LOLOL. So I tried shooting, but all my cannons keep shooting into an invisible wall, coz I could see the dirt fly all around me when I fired LOL.

if you are already in a glitch when you go to the boss battel eveyone else will freeze and you will have free rein over the whole field. I got some great shots of the battle field.

Trick not glitch but i found if you ram the last gate it works really well.

Wel lwe figured out in the first area where you start, if you dock your ship on the right side of the dingy on the port royal place thing.. and turn to that rock, you would go through the wall.. but it pushes you out.

actually I can gltich into the wall in the BB and sail around straight to goliath with out ever getting attacked by the four ships or the bridges. Wanna know how?

Did the boss battle a few times last night.

Seemed there was one guy in every crew that wanted to "glitch" the BB.

Personally, im glad we didnt, but im always curious in knowing.

My favorite boss battle glitch is when you are alone on the black pearl (obviously, after the officers) or with a patient friend, you can go to one of the front two cannons, walk directly AFT into the railing, and you will glitch off the black pearl. From there, you can run through the mountains and board the Goliath, inspect the fortifications, look at the cannons on the beach behind you, etc. (I know that the same glitch used to work at the very very front of the bow of the black pearl. They may move it again.)

Next favorite, is the one I used to beat the boss battle alone (without a crew) on July 5th, 2008. That is, for the last two bridges (eight and nine) I managed to get the black pearl next to them, wedged between the left and right mountains, bouncing. The bridges could not hit the black pearl as it was bouncing... Since I was out of ammo, I just used round shot on the last two bridges until they were gone. Then, for the first and last time, actually had a sailing battle against Goliath. About eight broadsides later, victory!

Not sure if the bouncing is an intentional glitch, or even if it is considered a glitch at all. (I personally think it is.) But whenever the black pearl is bouncing, bridges/forts can't seem to hit it.

Oh, if you board the Goliath while in that glitch, there is no way to glitch back off it. You will have to start a PvP match with someone, or log out. The Goliath is HUGE.

Interesting that the different forts for the four pairs of bridges come from the different forts in the game - like Fort Charles, Fort Dundee, Kingshead, etc.

Interesting too, that my experiements with different ammo types on the four frigates did NOT seem to have the effects I thought they did, when battling with crew. Fury seems to work better, probably because anyone that has fury, can actually hit their target...but for me, made no big difference. Lightning has the most ammo storage (because you shoot only one at a time, instead of three at a time) so it was my preferred ammo for BB.

The bridges seem weakest at the hinges of the drawbridges.

Ok here is how to glitch the BB. I can beat the BB with only myseld and one other crew member. First kill the officers. Second grab the wheel. Behind the ship is a dock and a rock to the right of the dock. Simply turn the ship around and kind of park the ship up against the beach between the dock and the ship(front towards dock. u should see the back end of the ship slowly start entering the mountain. once thi shappens keep pressing forward and use full speed or ram speed and u shoul ddrift across the beach into the mountain. Now just sail straight till u are back in the ocean. Now just sail around the island(to the left) you should come up on Goliath with full hull. Now just blow him awaya. It is sometimes hard to get in the glitch but I have pefected it. I can usually do it on my first try now. Let me know how it works for you guys.

My Friend did this glitch wich allowed us to sail through the mountain/wall and around the island and battle the goliath BEFORE battling the light frigates! But we failed misreably with full health
