Grenade quest outline?

I am now starting the grenade quest. Can somone post the outline on what i need to do. Like do i only need to search KingsHead once?

you have to go there several times try to bring a high lvl friend or u will die

you need to do it twice check the wiki click the link in my sig that says wiki and scroll to the bottom to find the quests then click grenade
