How do i find the iron bars from the quest Lala's neighbors?

That part of the quest requires digging up treasure chests to find the iron bars. As you run around the island, a green circle will pop up on the ground and you'll see "Press Shift to dig" appear. Dig there, and if you're lucky you'll find what you need.

Sometimes you have to dig in different places to find the right spot or you can try the same spot over and over again.

I believe if you check your Journal, it will indicate they need to be dug up from around Tortuga. Keep digging at all the various dig spots you can find in Tortuga until you get them all. I also think you can redig at the same spot more than once.
