Captain Goes Down With His Ship?

This has happend to me a lot lately but everytime i get sunk in my ship i go underwater with it! Then i slowly sink to the bottom and go to jail. Also NEVER GRAB THE WHEEL WHEN UNDERWATER! If you do you will be in an eternal glitch that you have to log out, shut down your computer, restart it, log back in, and it will be fixed.

I Walked Off My Ship (while I Had A Crew On It) And Onto A Ghost And Sank With It It Was Cool! I Hit The Bottom And Walkedon Ocean Floor So Cool

its happened to me i was able to shoot a cannon and got revenge on the storm reaper and i sunk it and my pc crashe

I've had this happen to me three times, always when i use Take Cover but then get sunk anyway. I go down with the ship but the ship is vertical and my camera starts bouncing around. I turned the camera and saw my pirates name in the distance in the ocean and my friend tried to teleport to me but it said i was in Jail. I didn't know how to correct it so i just had to log out and back in.
