I found mine just outside of the main town. If you go out of the courtyard area using the arch way where the path immediately turns 90 degrees to the right, up on that grass bank near the turn in the path there is a dig site; I got mine there.

If at first you dont succeed, dig dig dig again. Sometimes it takes a few digs at the same site to get it.
