Laundry list of crashes in April Update POTCO

I figure this should be a good place to share problems with the new update.

I, personally, am having problems with teleporting to Tortuga. I'm not doing anything out of the ordinary. Just using my teleport token to go back to Tortuga.

I've now crashed twice by doing this. Once from Port Royal, once from PDF.

Additionally, I've been speaking online with some people who simply can't play at all, it's that unstable.

What kind of problems are you having? And have you found anything that fixes (or at least minimizes) them?
