Diamond from chest on Isla Perdita ?

Hey guys, I've been having a real hard time finding any chest on Isla Perdita for the Nill Ofrill quest. The quest description says it's in the jungle, so I went into the only cave on Perdita-The Queen's Nest (the one with all the creepy wasp nests) but have only been able to find one green circle on the ground, and that one said "Nothing interesting here".

SO my question for all who've completed that one: Is the chest in Queen's Nest and where?

Please help...queen's nest really gives me the jibbly jibblies so I'd like to spend the least amount of time in there as possible

Yes, the chest is in the Queen's Nest. Enter the cave closest to Scary Mary. I believe you cross over some water. There is an alcove on the right with trees and some hives. There is a terror wasp there. The chest is on the right side of the alcove between some tree roots.
