For any of you who played with VMK, it's just been announced that it will be shutting down May 21, 2008.

If your like me, you haven't messed with it in a while and wouldn't have known unless someone posts a message about it.

It's very disappointing news for those who've invested a lot into it.

Name is the same = BigDaddy. (Not creative enough to have two names). Curently at lvl 20 trying to get grenades and making rum for gunner. This is one tedious quest. Wish I had the Padres transport.

Have'nt seen too many folks online same time as me but with a group of adults finding time to play a game comes second (or tenth) sometimes on the priority list. Look forward to meeting up with you guys.

I'm sorry I have not been around much, I will have to check in and say hello! Now that I have rescued the Black Pearl on both the Test and open servers, I am a little bored with just leveling skills. I became involved in another game, but I am not giving up on Pirates.

Aye, first of all, WELCOME Bigdaddy. Its always nice to have someone new to the guild. Secondly, Im not that creatice either. And thirdly, if Im ever on at the same time as you, then ask for help any time you ever need it. I'll be there... unless Im doing something with another friend.

I'm writing to say that I've defected from the Guild. Absolutely no offense to the guild or anyone in it. I would still love to sail and plunder with you folks. I've had the most fun cannoning with Captain Silver at the helm. The main reason behind this is that I'm on late night Pacific Coast time and there's never anyone else in the guild on. That and I really wanted my own personal guild name: Watership Down

If you still feel like plunderin' and see me around, please don't hesitate to ask!

Hello All,

I am new to PoTC, been playing about a week. I was looking for an adult guild, and I came across you mates. Could I speak to someone about possible membership? I live on the east coast, and usually play from 7:30-9:30 a few days a week (more on Fridays, tho...Arrrrr!)

Also, what server do you all normally play on?

It seems no one in the guild signs on much, but that's the way it is with a group of adults that have responsibilities beyond online gaming.

Well, maybe not very active, but still a guild none the less, and still alert to any new postings.
However, none of us seem to be logging on to the game or the message board much lately.
