Alrite, I know I am not the only one waiting on Age of Conan to get released.
A few of us came to this 'free' mmorpg, JUST to pass the time and have some fun, sick of the standard WoW, LOTRO, EQ etc.. here it goes.

This game seems to have *NO* economy, or enough players to make it worth our time!

We are now looking for a guild that plans on doing "end game" in this game. Assuming there is any! Have only seen about 10 total people in one area, and no one knows a thing.. no one knows how to reply to whispers, how to talk in general chat, how to contact others..

We are lookin for experienced players, that have an established Guild going.

I own a ventrilo server as well. Having it is a HUGE plus.

Please reply to this, if you have room for 3 experienced gamers, looking to make something out of this.

Personally, I have a significant amount of experience within MMORPGs, as well as on the internet itself. I'm playing this game, and accepting it's numerous flaws, because I'm eager to see how it develops, and how its community will grow and shape. I really am looking forward to an in-game economy..That's my favorite part of MMORPGs.

Anywho. I own a small, but stable (stable meaning it'll lasted past just being a phase, as well as never really losing members) guild, called Zaff's Zealots.

We have a thread, in this section, actually. Feel free to leave me a question or comment or whatever, if you're curious. You sound interesting, so we'd love to have you.

Ya know.. I just woke up, figured would check the boards, and re-read exactly what i typed in my original post.. horrible.

I sound like a player who is grumpy, and doesnt want to give this game a chance I didn't mean to sound like that. I'm sure some folks will read it and think.. ookk.. why doesn't Barlow go play something else.

I just want to elaborate on a few things. When I said this game has no economy, its true. I want to see the economy grow and succeed. If there is a /tell or /whisper system, I dont know about it. I only know about clicking on someone in front of you, and whispering them, I dont even see a reply command. ( Am I wrong? )

I was talking with a fellow yesterday in the game, and he asked me where I was from.. I couldn't reply with an answer. It would say 'Arrr arrr', wouldnt let either one of us talk about where we were from, or our age. That brings me to the ventrilo program!

I got 3 PM's last night about "ventrilo". Ventrilo is a voice program, used to talk instead of type. It's an excellent program for gaming. You can turn peoples voices up, down, lower, higher, etc. It has different rooms, and privacy as well if needed. www.ventrilo.com - Check it out.

Well, we shall see what kinda 'action' this thread gets, I will be contacting everyone who sparks interest in me and my very small crew.
