Post Need Help Contacting Test Live Chat

Unfortunately, one day I logged onto the Test area and noticed that my gold founder coin was gone. Still have it in open. I have emailed Disney who told me to sumbit a bug report. I submitted a bug report and received a response to contact the live chat. I signed on to live chat from my help at the bottom of the test launcher and was told that they can only help with the open game. Had no clue as who to contact, but did tell me to send a bug report! ARG! I feel like I am running around in circles with a doll that has no voodoo power at all! Can anyone please tell me how to contact the live chat for the test server? I certainly would appreciate it!

I'm not even sure there is a Live Chat only for the Test Server. I was having trouble submitting bug reports for Test. If the page automaticaly generated, then the Test team would get the report. If I found a problem and tried to submit it myself, it would always be directed to the team for the live game.

I finally looked through all the emails I had received from Pirates starting with the Beta 1 phase and saw that ALL the email addresses were the same, Beta, Test and Open. I decided to send an email to that email address commenting about the fact that it is difficult to report problems on the Test server. Of course, I never received a reply!

interesting you would think they would seperate at least open from test

and grace ye lost your founder coin on test? thats a bit odd

Odd, but true. Marrrrni, I did the same thing as you with the same results. I know it is a little thing....but it bugs me!
