Looking for a guild

I'm an adult player who usually goes on from about 3-5 PM (nap time) and 10PM to 2AM (after bed time) Eastern Time.

I'm currently in a guild but hardly see anyone on (one of them is having some computer issues but I'm not sure where the rest are). The one member that was on regularly thought my title was "entertainment director" and looked to me to find adventures, go sailing, find someone else who needed help.

The other problem is I have far outpaced the rest of my guildmates- I am up to level 31 and the next highest is 19. I am waiting for the boss battle at this point so I am working on building up money for a better ship and leveling weapons. But the problem is that I am either spending most of my time keeping them out of jail (at my level) or collecting 1-2 points on gray enemies (their level).

I know a few of my guildmates IRL and have worked with them but the loyalty to the guild seems unfounded or at least unfair since their situation isn't allowing them to play.

I am looking to group up with people and go plunder or help level weapons or even just chat from time to time. I have no problem helping players out with info or tips or even taking on bigger enemies with them. But I have had a few people lately whisper for help only to find when I get there they are going to Fort Charles to work on a side quest or need to sink 2 navy ships which turns into 2 navy, 2 eitc which then turns into 3 of each (like I'm not paying attention to what they are saying) and then disappear when they are done without so much as a thank you.

Sailing I prefer for the captain to call out the target (or start shooting broadsides at it). If I am sailing I'd rather not have people picking fights for my ship (especially if it's damaged or full).

There seems to be 2 groups of adult players but I'm not sure which one matches up with my playing times or style the best (I was using the afternoon time for questing and the night one for guild work back when there were 3 or 4 others on). I know of at least one other player in a similar situation in her guild.

My stats are:
Francis Wavecutter
Lvl 31, Sail 19, Cannon 12 (would love to sail on someone's crew and up that), Cutlass 17, Pistol 19 (almost 20), Dagger 17, Grenade 9 (not my favorite weapon), Doll 18, and Staff 12

I have a War Sloop and am trying to save up enough for a War Galleon (about 1/2 way there if I sell the Sloop).

You sound like you would be a great addition to the War Wenches. We have a thread on this forum.

Our highest Wench is a 33 and a master sail. Most of our other Wenches are mid to high 20's. We are on at all times but, I also have similar hours of play. All but one or two are also waiting for Boss.

LOL, We're lookin for a few good pirates too. Most of us are all in the same position. Waitin for the Boss. The lowest are actually my baby pirate and a friends baby pirate at lvl 15ish. We are a sailing guild as well. Always having a plunder party on the high seas. We've got many pirates with the war fleet in their stables and always out for the plunder. Thanks for the invite, but I think I would need to sail to see a doctor before joining your guild. I have a terminal case of being male. If you open your guild up to the hirsute, give me a holler.

I have worked with wenches in the past and even married one (but that is for a different message board).

Hi Mongo,

I too am also an adult player and can usually be found online in the evenings on into the morning hours. At present I have no guild members as most of the people I play with either have guilds of their own or are presently in guilds they like. At some point I would like to introduce quality members into the guild that are of the same mindset as myself, and you do seem to fit the bill. I may not be what you are looking for, but on the other hard, if you wanna be a part of something new maybe together we can build the Guild that I would be looking to create.
