Something quite not right here

A friend of mine and another couple of players were having a laugh on a quiet server, then we teleported back to abassa, on arriving there he was DC so he logged back in and was soon booted off again with a 2 day suspension , now it seems to me that if pirates are hacking the game and reports go in nothing seems to be done about it and they seem to get away with it, but a private chat on a quiet server gets picked up on and the member is automatically suspended. Why is this?

His chat may have contained a "Magic Word" which the System automatically flags and actions...

There is a difference between the Hacking which Disney currently have NO systems in place to detect, and Chat which I am aware has Filters which can Flag a player and indeed Automatically Suspend.
