November marks our annual Pirate Brethren Victory Feast, where scoundrels of all sorts celebrate our triumphs of the past year, and strengthen the bonds between buccaneers.
The Overseers of the Caribbean commissioned the Peddlers to craft Pirate gear worthy of this celebration, and dubbed it:
The Diplomat
