Ahoy! I be lookin' fer a crew to join.
![]() I am a new player to PotC, and looking for a friendly and active guild of pirates to join. I do have a lot of other MMO experience, but fairly clueless on PotC so far. I am a mature and friendly player, who likes to RP but that is secondary to finding a good group to participate in the game with. If I might be a good fit for your crew, send me a PM or respond here. Thanks for your time! -- Blackpool

I'm sure Dark Archive would like to have you! You can pm Kat Five Knives or myself if you want to. (I'd prefer Kat, lol) Welcome to POTCO!

Ahoy Blackpool!
It's very nice to see you putting yourself out there. Every pirate needs a guild to call his or her own, because guilds in POTCO provide a sense of being apart of something bigger, as well as providing help for you in day-to-day tasks. However, I'm going to suggest you not post a thread asking for guilds to come to you, simply because you don't know if a guild that comes up to you will be the right one for you. Plenty of guilds say they're "for you," but only you can make that judgement - as such, I suggest going on a hunt! To ease your time in searching for an ideal guild, the forums have provided a very clean-cut way of presenting guilds from across the Caribbean so that you can make the best judgement on which group of seafarers is right for you. The majority of guilds can be found in the Guilds and Clans Section - here, you can find threads for an assortment of guilds from across the seven seas, each showcasing what they got and why you might be interested in joining them. There are also some guilds that have their own subforums around here, which present to you some of the finest guilds in all the waters. Here, you can find Black Bart's Krewe, Shadow Sorcerors, and my own guild, Partners N Crime, all of which have proven to hold some of the kindest and most mature pirates around. Look at as many guilds as you can, and take your time - remember, only you can judge which guild is the best for you, so don't rush your decision. Once you think you have found a good guild, and have read over their rules, Private Message the Guildmaster of that guild and ask for instructions on how to join. I wish you the best of luck in looking for a guild to call your home. If you have any other questions, just post below or PM me. Happy hunting!

Sent a PM to Captain Del, and awaiting a response but if all goes well will be trying to join Partners N Crime. Thanks for all the kind and helpful responses.

If you agree to Partners N Crime's Rules, we could meet up in game.

Hello Mate! Look in the "Guilds and Clans" section, you'll find many guilds there. Me, myself, am an Officer of one guild with a Sub-Forum, Emerald Regiment. Look at the Rules & Guidelines there, and let me know if you wanna join. Just PM me, or post on the Recruitment Thread on the sub-forum. We'll be glad to have you aboard, but, there are many guilds out there!
