How many total notoriety points does it take to master a weapon?
Also does anyone have a link to a notoriety level chart?

There is a notoriety chart somewhere... but I forgot where. I have a friend I can ask, she knows, but I am not sure if she still has the information, as she has quit the game for some time now.

From 1 to 30 it is around 110,000 rep.

you sure hoookshot that would mean you would get a weapon mastered everytime you lvled when ya make it to the 40s... may want to look again.

from 1-10 is about 20k rep. from 10-20 is about 35k. from 20-30 is about 50k. It's the closest to the actual number.

Hmmm..., thats a good question, all you need is a level 1 weapon and a calculator.

Here's a notoriety chart. (It's most of the way down the page.) This is from the DOW wiki. As for weapons, can't help you there. I think each weapon goes up by 200 points for each level, not certain on that though.
