Undead Brigands
I am attempting to complete a quest where I need something from 4 Undead Brigands. I found one in the Tortuga swamp. I think he is a level 35. Man does he hit hard. Before I can even think about killing it, I'm dead. Are there any lower level ones around?

Yes, in port royal, in the Murky Hallow there's some level 12-17 but 12 is the lowest anywhere lol
