first and most important dont ask for a promotion. Its really annoying when ppl join and ask for officership then leave.

second: dont join if u dont intend to stay.

third: dont do anything that will get a negative response.

fourth: enjoy your time with the telltales.

punishment varies depending on the brevity of the action.

ranks-

well as of january 30th to febuary 1st we're technically "frozen" by terms of guild ranks meaning only officers and members no vets

otherwise our system is like this:

officers: members who have earned and proven they are capable of the responsibility to kick members and to govern the guild responsibly when the GM is offline

veterans: usually people above level 15; people who have proven capable of the responsibilities of a veteran

members: new members; people under level 15; members who got demotion as a punishment.
