The NPCs can do the /COIN, because they don't abuse it like a lot of Tortuga Abassa children.

Guys, adults are probably the ones who are the root of this problem. Kids wouldn't be able to figure this out. they would see adults do it, then the kids would go hey thats cool! so guess what they do?
