Andrew Bowdash "mansion" Where is it?

I searched for the clue to this and did not see it. This is part of the Black Pearl Quest.

I can not find the Bowdash "mansion" to get the cigars from his butler. I have looked all over Tortuga, even in the caves and swamp, I can't find it anywhere. Anyone have a hint for me? I would be forever grateful!:h-cool:
