How should I train my Grenades?

Okay, so I foolishly didn't get my Grenades to 20 when I was at Kings, and now I have level 15 Grenades at level 37 Notoriety. I tried the Undead Raiders arround Bonerattler, but always die, even in the lava, I still get the attention of the narby Assassin who doesn't seem to give up, and I also tried one at a time but I cant seem to get just one.. so does anyone have any tips to help get me to 20?

If your at level 37 you should be able to hold your own at the pond by the bridge in the middle of the Cursed Caverns. Kill the flotsams with something else and hit the spineskulls with your grenades.

train at dark hart. use several weapons including grenades

You could always focus on other weapons, that way you can reach a higher notoriety. Once in the 40's, try the bridge as previously mentioned.
