BBK 2 Year Bash!!

Happy 2 Year BBK!!!




For those of you who weren't able to join us today, some screenies of the event of all events.


We started with Galleon racing, setting sail in the sunset.

Heading into the first turn it was impossible to tell who was in the lead.




Things sure look fuzzy from a distance.





But in the end it was the Riptide Rouge who took the honors!





After we got interrupted by none other than Jolly Roger, we headed to Port Royal for a good old fashioned foot race around the island. After a two laps around it was True by a length!



When the race was over we got down to the business of capture the flag. (Hoping someone has some screenies of that cause I just have one.)

I think Ben was getting a little sad that the game was ending.





We all took a bit of a break, an got interrupted by Jolly yet again. Then we headed over to Ile D'Etable De Porc for a little bit of a surprise event. We ran the Caribbean version of The Amazing Race!!


Ben decided to really get red-y. Too bad Jolly didn't show just then, bet Ben could have scared him good!

The race ended with the final clue, leading our teams to the finish, "The end of our journey is where Jack's began, The Bride raises a toast to all those who ran!"

Glad the 2 Year Anniversary of the Krewe has so many great events. That pic of me winning the race around Port Royal is too funny. Looks like Grizz was chasing me and I was running as fast as I could to get away. Great catch and thanks for sharing so many screenshots of the events of the anniversary party. Thanks to all our friends who joined us at various times to celebrate this landmark for the Krewe.

It was truely an event filled day for the Krewe and friends

was hoping for an all day thing and boy did i get that one right, the only time we werent gaming was when everyone logged for food (lolz). As soon as everyone came back, we picked up where we left off. We ended the party with BBK's Extraordinary Race For The Caribbean and a little Darkheart action.

Congrats to all the winners and I truely hope everyone had fun (I know I did)

A special thanks to JM for the helps running todays events. Two of the races that we ran today were yours and I must say that they ran a lot better than i thought. You did an outstanding job. Thanks Dreamer as well for helping of the planning of the big race.

Thanks to Mary Warshout (I think I spelled that right) of ETC for helping all day with the judging. BBK had Mary not only running from island to island but we also had her laughing with BBK's antics.

Thank You everyone who came out and partied with the Krewe it meant a lot to this guid to be with friends.

Li, first of all, outstanding party! I only made it for the galleon race, and I nearly got last! At least Grizz wasn't as fast as my Vagrant Viking! And second of all, it is Mary WAVEshout, just so you know.
