Legendary leader of the Xbones. Fearless and mighty she is. Just because she is small, she carries big weapons and knowledge. She wants to help everyone she can. Sometimes it's impossible, but she tries.

She thinks that after a long search for the perfect guild, she has found it. The pirates that have joined are mighty and fearless as well. They share her feelings on helping fellow pirates defeat Jolly Roger and his undead minions as well as achieving confidence in the game play.

Skully, I put this together rather quicky last night just to give you an idea.
Everything can be modified to your liking (letters, colors, etc)
I have a cheezy little program so I have to work with what I have.
Hopefully someone has photoshop and can make something really nice!
I think Plank mentioned he has photoshop.

Here are most of the rules we discussed last night; I may have missed a few.
Please add, change, delete at your discretion; this is just something to get us started!

Guild Rules
• Respect the Code
• Respect all pirates inside or outside of guild – common courtesy
• Help other pirates when at all possible – if you are busy please let them know
• Please ask before you teleport – you may be teleporting into a danger zone (high level enemy) also common courtesy
• No harsh language or pirate bashing – there may be young pirates about – we don’t want anyone’s feeling hurt – also Disney Code of Conduct
• If there is a complaint please bring it to the attention of the GM – a meeting will be held to discuss and determine the outcome of the matter
• Please do not ask or harass the GM to make you an Officer – your actions will determine your candidacy
• Officer Candidacy:
o A pirate must be at least level 25 or higher to be considered
o A pirate must display a willingness to help other pirates
o A pirate must display proper conduct at all times – Respect the Code
o All Officers candidates will be voted on by the GM and other Officers – the final decision rest with the GM
• Officers Responsibility:
o Respect the Code
o Assist the GM in maintaining order in the guild
o Help other pirates whenever possible
o Recruit new pirates low & high level – Basic & Unlimited
o Explain the guild rules to all new pirates

I really like the last one. It is great. The one that says KEEPER OF THE CODE

GUILD MOTTO: We are a helping guild. We pledge to help each other achieve strength and power against the Undead, Navy, EITC, and Jolly Roger. We also strive to encourage fellow pirates to develop confidence in themselves by trying new things.

GUILD RESPONSIBLITY:
.Abide all guild rules
.Talk up the guild to your friends to help get new members.
.HAVE FUN!!!!


GUILD RULES:
1. Always show respect to all pirates inside and outside the guild. Remember, treat others the way you want to be treated.

2. Courtesy is part of the Pirate Code. Don't rep steal unless invited to share the fight.

3. Foul language, distasteful actions or pirate bashing will not be tolerated. After a single warning of such behavior you will be subject to disciplinary action. Remember there may be young pirates about and we don't want anyone's feelings hurt. It is also the Disney Code of Conduct.

4. Always help each other. Share in the fun by doing things together. The Caribbean can be a lonely place. If you are busy, please let them know

*5. You must ask permission to teleport to another player in the guild unless you are responding to a call for help or have been invited to join another player. Whispering for permission to teleport will not be answered.

6. Complaints of fellow players may be communicated to an officer. If an officer is the subject of the complaint, report to another officer or guild master. Details will be given at a hearing of the disciplinary board.

7. New officers must be nominated by your fellow players and/or officers and MUST BE a Level 25 or higher. A willingness to help others plays a big part. Seniority and activity in the guild will also be a factor. The player will be allowed to speak at an officers meeting explaining why they could help the guild by becoming an officer. The officers will then vote. If voted yes, the player will be placed on a waiting list. A new officer is made for every 10 new members we get. (Remember: it will only hurt your chances of being an officer if you keep asking.)

*8. The need for help must be communicated only in the guild chat. If help is needed because you are knocked out, you must type HELP DOWN in the guild chat. If you need help on a quest or other than being knocked out, HELP WITH should be typed in the guild chat. Whispering for help will not be answered.

OFFICERS' RESPONSIBILITY
.Respect the code
.Assist the GM in maintaining order in the guild
.Help other pirates whenever possible
.If you leave your keyboard, you must type AFK in the guild chat.
.Serve on the Disciplinary Committee and new officers' hearing.
.Help plan events for the guild to do.
.Recruit new pirates - low and high levels - equal amounts of Basic and Unlimited
.You must explain the guild rules to all new pirates.

All violations of the rules will be brought before the disciplinary committee. Discipline could be up to booting from guild and banned from playing POTC.
