Why did I never find any gold pawns..

in the chess piece collection quest/?...I remember finding most of the others at Kingshead...when everything went grey for me there...I stopped finding them...or happened around same time...the gold pawns are all that I lack...just noticed...all my other collections complete and just wondering about that one...anyone else have that prob?

The gold pawn was the last piece I found out of them all. After the first pawn, they started becoming more common for me. I have all of them, but it takes awhile.

...after I posted that...I went to visit me old pal Remington...I started getting gold pieces again..no pawns yet tho...but how strange was that..a whole month without any and bam....the voodoo is strong here...
