Ever since the new weapons came out my health has been different.
Before the weapons it was somewhere in the 2400 and now my health is 2956.
This happen to anyone else, or is it just me.

Yeah, it increased for everyone. With powerful weapons, i'm glad they did this

Skills such as endurance for the sword no longer increase HP by a specific amount, but now instead increase HP by a percentage.

I don't really know. When I logged on after the update, I only noticed the difference in weapons. I think this is happening on undead duelists in cutthroat isle. Maybe everywhere els too.

it happened to me. i was 1570 health before and then i was 2026 health when the weapons came out. im glad they it happened.

It's b/c Endurance skill changed. It originally was 25 hp+ each skill pt u added to it. So if u had 5 pts added to it, u would have 125hp+ on top of ur base hp. Now with 5 pts on it, it gives u 20% hp increase over ur base hp. Ex: ur original base hp was 2000, with 5 pts on Endurance (which is 20% hp increase) = 2000 x 120% = 2400 hp. Also, weapons that have the Endurance + attribute on it changes ur hp temporaryly as long as u have it equipped.
