Boss Wasp
I have found this super litle glitch, in the Queens Nest with the boss wasp you can lev up staff, doll, grenades, pistol, whilst taking no damge at all

Which bug? The glitch or the Queen? This sort of thing is just annoying. Personally I think she should have a numbing sting, don't you?
