what is your favorite island?

I picked Port Royal because it looks like a real town.
Tortuga is too small.
Padres del Fuego is too big and takes a long time to load when you tp.
Outcast is fun but too much trouble to sail to.
Tormenta is fun and you get alot of gold when you kill the 50s but its too fare out of your way to get ammo since the closest island is Cuba but it does not have any gun,blade shops.

I picked tormenta because there are high level enemies, and you get alot of gold. Also, you level up faster there when you are like lvl 36+. Even though it takes a little while to get there, I am with Davy Jones on this.

I like Outcast - it has so much to offer and it's wild and dangerous. There be a healer there, stumps, boss stump and boss flytrap and ye can take a little swim over to wave at the dog. Nice quiet place to go level.

I chose Tormenta. I don't go there that much anymore, since I mastered my first pirate a while ago, but it is still my favorite of the ones listed. It offers a lot of enemies to kill, all giving great rep. On top of that, if people come and start "rep stealing", there are enough decent places in there for you to move to, to avoid the problem.

I'm more partial to Port Royal due to being a kind of lower level pirate, so I won't be able to survive in Tormenta or Outcast very easily. Tortuga is just one giant circle around a mountain, and Padres is way big and, again with the lower pirate thing, has higher enemies I just can't take on. Port Royal is more fun to explore and looks most like a real town

Tortuga. It is pretty much the only pirate town in the game, and it just seems like the real "main" island. (Since we are all pirates)

I like Padres because it has all sorts of bosses, and it has BOTH Navy and undead HIGH LEVEL enemies. No other island has that. Sure port royal has both, bit do gravediggers really count as high level?

To be honest, I like Outcast Isle the best for many reasons.
The other islands are bigger, better, have higher choices of enemies, and maybe have higher level enemies than Outcast, sure. But Outcast Isle, although it's enemy sets are different, remains unchanged because it still has it's original Island Music - PLUS still has the original two battle themes. Although I miss the good old Stump and the Scorpions, Outcast Isle - to me - is by far the greatest Island ever.

Plus, there is that little easter egg dog stuck on a small island on Outcast Isle.

I'll have to say Port Royal, cause of the 'ambience'...and you don't get killed just running around...Kings isn't on list...but its a fortress morelike...spend a lot of time on PDF cause of diversity in enemies..the quarry and el sudoron...oh sinkme....i love em all..

I love Tormenta, for a few reasons.
A) There aren't many rep stealers seeing as you have to be pretty powerful to go there.
B) I can level dagger, doll, cutlass, and my pistol.
C) Some of the enemies are so close to the Davy Jones crew in detail and accuracy I love just staring at them.
D) Players notoriety level 25-50 can all come to play here.
E) It's in Dead Man's Trough, which in my opionion is the coolest name of all the places.

Hard to say, I voted Padres, because thats where I hang out most of the time. It has some good caves, El Sudoron, the fort, and for some reason I really like that island.

Now that I think of it though, Tortuga is also a really cool island because, like Buck said, its the real main island because we are all pirates. When I want to crew up, I go to Tortuga.

Also, Isla Tormenta is a great island. As Jibby said, anyone lv 25-50 can train there... although 25 might be pushing it... I still go there and I'm mastered. Its a good place for loot too, as I got my Corsair's Bayonet from a Thrall.

To tell the truth, I couldnt really pick a true favorite island, I like them all, and they are all good for different purposes. Padres has lots of strong bosses to fight, Tormenta is a good place to train, Tortuga for crewing up, outcast for adventuring and trying to not get killed by Devil Root, and so on.
