Hmm, considering your level, I'd either try the Twisted Stumps on Outcast, the Assassins in Beckett's Quarry, or Timothy Dartan on the Padres Back Beach.

If you have access to a good healer there's a really great place in Tormenta. In the middle of Tormenta, to the left, is a bridge with Seabeards and whatnot, all around level 35-41ish. If you bring a good healer, and hit em with flaming skull, it should be really good rep for you.
