Code not working

[Kraken Guard]

I just beat Call of the Kraken, and i got the code. I logged onto Pirates to type the code in and it doesn't work..

I have a screenshot of the code, i typed in /code Yada-Yadayadayada in chat and every time green text comes up saying code redemption failed.


Any Tips?

Uh oh.. Try going to the tattoo parlor

1. In tattoo Parlor

2. Press Store

3. Press code

I went to the Tattoo Parlor Shop, but nothing worked.

"To use this code log into your Pirates Online Account, then in chat type: /code Code-Stuff"


I did exactly that, and nothing. Im not gonna contact Disney though, only if it's the only other option left.

Hmm, did you try typing in / followed by your code, instead of /code and then your code? Or did you perhaps type the code incorrectly? (Also, if you manage to get the code to work, screenshots of the tat would be nice )

Disney's way i think...

type /code press enter

type /YOUR CODE HERE enter

I tried /code -enter-
Then i tried /insert-code-here
Nothing.

When i type in /code and push enter, it just says "Code redeeming" i then try /insert-code-here and nothing comes up. Am i typing the code in correctly? Do i have to type in: /Code -Your code here-

I replaced the code with little * signs just to give a hint on what it looks like.

Do i enter that in chat, replacing the little * with the code itself? did someone get the same code and used it up? what am i doing wrong??

Don't you just do / code ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOP Then hit enter?

Tried that, still nothing

Decided to send an e-mail to Disney. thanks for the help either way, i will let you know when im able to put the code in and yep, i will make sure to get a screenshot of whatever the code is for

Well Kraken, finished the game last night and sure enough, the code I got doesn't work either. Wonder if Big-D hasn't entered the codes onto the servers yet. They did say that they weren't giving the game out until February... Good luck to you.

A couple days ago, i had finished all the
levels of "Call of the Kraken" and i had gotten a code. I read the
instructions and it tells me to say(in Local)

/Code +++++++-++++++++

but every time i do it, it says "code redeeming failed."

Is there something im doing wrong? Is there only one code for only one p
erson to use? did someone get the same code and use it? Now, im not
exactly sure if the 1 in that code is actually a 1 or a lowercase L(l)
or an uppercase i(I) i tried all three, but nothing works. Got any tips?

Ahoy Babidi - I had a friend use thier code and it worked. They had to change around the letter O and zero until they got the right combination. She is still trying to figure out her second code. But the first one did work and she got the tattoo.

This may be your issue mate - good luck.

the letters V and U as well as 5 and S can cause problems in some fonts as well. My daughters Bella Serra cards have this problem all the time. They finally changed fonts so you can figure them out now.

I got mine to work tonight also. Changed what I thought was an I to a 1 and it worked fine. Got my "Octopus Tattoo".
