Ok, when i try to log on, the game window starts to open...then it crashes with a message saying the game encountered an error. I do it twice and it crashes...the 3rd time it apparently changes my settings and tries to open full screen, then crashes...the 4th time...im able to log on, but I have to reset all my game options. On game options I had windowed screen, low graphics, all sound off..and some other stuff...and those settings get changed, so i have to reset my settings.
That happens on open LG.
On Directx8 and Directx9 the game does not crash BUT after I put in my log in info, the launcher dissapears, as always, but the game screen Never comes...so I end up having to close potco by using task manager.
This has been happening ever since the last update.
Even when I am in game, if i try to log out to get on another pirate, it crashes.
this is a message I got from Disney......The message I sent them simply said my game crashes when trying to log in, I didn't go into detail like above.

Ahoy, Captain!
We are sorry to hear that Pirates Online is crashing often. We understand that this can get frustrating. After reviewing your game logs, the issue you reported may be due to an incompatibility between the graphics API you are currently using, and your video card driver. Enabling Pirates Online to use DirectX9 may resolve the problem.
To specify Pirates Online to use another API, you will need to change the Graphic Options from the Launcher window.
Bring up the Launcher Window:
1) Go to Start | Programs | Disney Pirates of the Caribbean Online | Pirates of the Caribbean Online.
2) In the Launcher Window, select the Graphic Options button.
3) Select DirectX9 and press Continue.
4) Sign in and press Play.
This change in settings will instruct Pirates Online to use the selected graphics API (this is your computer’s graphics library).
If you still have issues playing the game, please try using DirectX8. If the issues you are experiencing continue, please submit another bug report and we will be happy to assist you further.
Thanks for your email and we look forward to seeing you sailing the seas of the Caribbean soon!
