Use what we have

This is a suggestion for people who are basic members. I think they should be able to use what they have, but not able to level anything up, or buy anything. But you can still use what you had. All the skills and everthing. We should be able to do the quests, but maybe not get the rep until after were a member again. What do you guys think?

I'm in total agreement with you. I think it should be this way. However, Disney wouldn't make money of of PotCO if no one payed. They have to get people to pay by contstantly making basic players feel like they can't do anything. Who knows, soon basic players may not even be able to use voodoo doll?

in the beginning, basic players couldn't use dolls...I agree but disagree. I think we should keep the skills,clothes,ships..etc that we worked hard for but its true, if we did that then people would just lvl up..get all that stuff, then go to basic...which would cause Disney to lose money. So that won't ever happen.

At least you get to keep it for the next time you go unlimited. it would really stink if you completely lost it all when you went basic and had to earn it back again. If we could still use everything we had as if we were still unlimited, then lots of people would level up to the level cap and then go basic until the level cap was raised again.

I actually disagree with you, Angel, because D has to make money off the game. If they don't make money, then they can't justify keeping it around and suddenly the whole game gets shut down. If everyone ended up being basic, how would they make money off it? Most likely it would be by ads, meaning we'd get advertising during loading screens or we'd have to play in a window with ads on the side like basic had to do when POTCO first started. Or maybe they'd do product placement, so we'd go to the tavern and see cans of Coke behind the bar or something dumb like that.

The thing is you would have to pay if you wanted to actually get more stuff. And its nearly impossible to get everything in the time given and master everything.

Well people that go Basic used to be able to keep the clothes that they got while Unlimited,but I can't now because of a new D policy or a new bug...One of my guys original shirts is missing so I say bug.But I really want to keep my floursh cutlass skill.....
